The Rodotopi Guitar Ensemble of Ioannina “Passaron” is a non-profit association that covers its operating expenses through membership fees and voluntary contributions from its members, as well as through donations and grants. Consequently, the ensemble welcomes anyone who wishes either to contribute financially, to fund its activities (such as seminars, etc.), or to donate materials aimed at improving its infrastructure and equipment.
Following each monetary or material donation, all procedures provided for in the association’s Articles of Incorporation are duly observed—namely, the drafting of an official record and the formal registration of the donation either in the association’s income ledger or in its Inventory Book (in the case of material goods).
