The elections of the Rodotopi Guitar Ensemble, as provided for by its Statutes, for the election of a new Administrative Board (AB) and Audit Committee (AC) for the years 2025 and 2026, will be conducted electronically and remotely on Sunday, February 9th, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., through the Zeus Elections platform, using a personal link that will be sent to each member’s email.
It should be noted that the “Zeus” software is provided by the National Infrastructures for Research and Technology (GRNET S.A.), a body supervised by the Ministry of Digital Governance, ensuring the legality, integrity, and confidentiality of the voting process.
Voting and candidacy rights
All financially active members of the association, i.e. those who have paid their membership fee up to 2024, are eligible to vote and to stand as candidates for the AB and AC.
The annual membership fee is €5.
Membership fee payment
Each member has received a personal email from the association’s secretary regarding the status of their membership fees and confirmation of their email address (which will be used for voting).
Any member who has not received such an email is kindly requested to contact the Board immediately.
The RGE kindly asks all members to settle their membership fees no later than Wednesday, February 5th, 2025.
Payment may be made either in person, through the current Board members, or via bank transfer to the association’s account below:
Each member will receive a payment receipt from the RGE.
Submission of candidacies by 4/2/2025
Those wishing to submit their candidacy for the AB or AC are kindly requested to contact the Board by Wednesday, February 4th, 2025, to allow sufficient time for processing applications.
