The elections of the Rodotopi Guitar Ensemble (RGE), as defined by its Statute, for the appointment of a new Board of Directors (BoD) and Audit Committee, will be conducted electronically and remotely on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 09:00 to 19:00, via the Zeus Elections platform, through a personal link that will be sent to each member’s email address.
It should be noted that the “Zeus” voting software is provided by the Greek Research and Technology Network (GRNET), a supervised body under the Ministry of Digital Governance, ensuring the legality, integrity, and secrecy of the voting process.
It is reminded that since 2019, an annual membership fee of €5 has been established, in accordance with the Statute.
Each member has received a personal email from the association’s secretary regarding their fee status and verification of their email address (which will be used for voting).
If any member did not receive such an email, they are requested to contact the BoD immediately.
For most members who participated in the 2021 elections, the outstanding amount is typically around €10.
Correspondingly, the maximum amount for members enrolled before 2021 may reach €20 (membership fees from 2019 to 2022).
Naturally, newer members (after 2020) owe fees starting from the year they registered.
On behalf of RGE, all members are kindly asked to settle their dues no later than Wednesday, February 1, 2023.

If the deposit is made from another bank, please ensure that the deposited amount is net, without deductions from interbank transfer fees, which must be covered by the depositor.
Each member will receive a receipt for their payment from RGE.
